If you’re wearing the same old outfit for the millionth time, you’re bound to get bored of it if you didn’t know how you could style it differently. In fact, we wouldn’t feel the need to cry out ‘I have nothing to wear’ each time we look at our wardrobe or feel like we aren’t experimenting enough if we just knew how to style differently. There’s a hack for every fashion disaster that we may have going on in our wardrobe and we’re shelling out a few of those secrets.
1. Loose Zipper Woes

How many of us have thrown away a good pair of shorts or jeans just because the zipper has gotten spoilt and is now unusable? Grab a key ring and take the ring and pull it through the hole in your zipper. Zip up and hang the ring over your button before you button up those pants. Voila! Zipper woes sorted in less than five minutes!
2. Boring Button Downs

Got pairs and pairs of button down shirts in your wardrobe that just don’t seem interesting enough anymore? Undo the last the buttons, hold the shirt tails, knot them up and pair them with high waist pants. Wear a crop top inside and leave the buttons open. Cut the sleeves off for a sleeveless look or simply tie it around your waist. You’ve got tons of options with button downs.
3. Ill-Fitting Boxy Dresses

Got a dress that makes you look like a box? A dress needs to flatter your body, and all you need to do to make it look cool is to turn it inside out, scrunch up the middle, knot it and then turn it right side out. Watch as it fits your curves and transforms before your eyes as you wear it post cinching.
4. Wrinkly Mess

You need to wear that shirt tomorrow but you simply can’t because you can swear that hours of ironing can’t even out those horrible wrinkles? If you haven’t got the time to iron something, or if you’re in a crisis where you just can’t find anyone else to do it, leave your shirt in your dryer along with some ice cubes to even out the wrinkles.
5. Super-stubborn Stains

Got an ink stain you can’t get rid of? Rub some alcohol over it. Ice-cubes help get rid of gum and if you’ve dropped wax on to something, just use paper and iron over the wax to get rid of that. If you’ve got a red wine stain, soak it in with some white wine to dissolve the anthocyanin that gives red wine its color. Wash it off with some soap and water afterwards. If you’ve got deodorant stains, use baby wipes and watch them disappear.
6. Same Old Scarf

It doesn’t matter if you’ve got the same scarf, experiment with the way you wear it. Turn it into a cardigan, or a hair-tie, or just look for different kinds of knots that can go with a simple plain shirt and jeans or a long skirt to funk up your outfit!
